Hello,

The beginning was a bug report submitted by Hiroshi Fujishima.
The problem is that the `C-h m' command causes an error in the
Gnus group buffer in which the topic mode is turned on.  It
happens only with Emacs CVS.  You can find the report and the
replies in:

By the tests with Emacs 20.7 through 23.0.0 and XEmacs 21.1.14
through 21.5-b21, I realized the 5th arg of `add-minor-mode' is
useless in Emacs and can be deleted, and I carried it out in the
v5-10 branch and the trunk.  If you encounter any trouble with
those changes, please let me know.
