When I edit a file or reading an aritcle in a normal Emacs text buffer,
can I ask gnus to post out a messages with the currentlly reading file
as mail body?

Open a mail buffer by going to *Group* buffer and pressing `m'
Then M-x insert-buffer<RET> name_of_desired_buffer
  will insert that buffer into mail message.

C-x m works in any buffer if you (setq mail-user-agent 'gnus-user-agent).
