Dammit, Googling for "No Gnus" gives lots and lots of results, MANY (most) of
which are related to "No Gnus". How about ... "Nose Gnus"?

Your search - "nose gnus" - did not match any documents.

We all have noses, gnus have noses, noses are great, gnus are great, Gnus is
great.

P.S. Amazon.com lets you search for text inside books, and they have the Gary
Larson "Far Side Gallery 5" which includes the notorious "Well, I've got good
gnus and I've got bad gnus."

No, but I could go for Nephelococcygia Gnus.

| No, but I could go for Nephelococcygia Gnus.

Pronunciation: [ne-fê-lê-kê-'si-jee-yê ]

Definition 1: (Literally, "Cloudcuckoosville") Interpreting the shapes of
clouds.

Definition 2: La-la land, a dream land cut off from reality.

The adjective would be "nephelococcygic," as in "Bertie is suffering
nephelococcygic delusions."

Sounds good.

I like it too. It would however probably need some training to pronounce
it.

What about adding `o's? --> "Noo Gnus" (like "new") or "Nooo Gnus"
(like "oh my god").

Nahh... Just have Lars record his voice saying it realllly slowly as
a whisper, and then we'll play it as Gnus is starting up.

Oh no; I would prefer hearing a female voice so you always have to take
a cold shower after having started Gnus (or alternatively the voice from
HAL 9000).

Hi Karl,

    > I would prefer hearing a female voice

I also would prefer that. That would have several advantages:

* stimulate several hundred million male Gnu users
* encourage the six female Gnu users (according to last projections)
* demonstrate that we advocate for sexual equation

Best wishes,
  Christoph

I'm not sure, judging from the responses, that the voice you're
all thinking about will demonstrate equality very well.
