Subject: Gnus 5.10.6: Funny subject display with thread false roots?
Date: Mon, 24 May 2004 14:55:02 +0900	[thread overview]
Message-ID: <buoekpa2wuh.fsf@mctpc71.ucom.lsi.nec.co.jp> (raw)

When Gnus displays a thread with `false root', it shows the subject
_twice_ -- once for the false root, and once for the first real message
in the thread. I honestly don't remember what 5.9 did in this case, but
I assume it must have only displayed one subject because I find myself
getting confusing and thinking there are two threads when there's really
only one...

Here's an example:

: : Re: Emacs setup assistants
   E + [ 23: Richard Stallman ] Re: Emacs setup assistants

   E + [ 38: Per Abrahamsen ]
