It would differ in one respect, at least, though: there would be an obvious and understandable reason for it... I'm not sure there would be all that much of response though -- as a long-time user of message-mode, I only use the barest fraction of its bindings, and really wouldn't care much if they got re-arranged for compatibility, or even just for sanity. -miles -- "...
