Mastaler. And it just works. Like, 100%. Except for misconfigured lists. Those, I handle with gnus-junk.el, but indeed, a report to Spamassassin would be good. But then again, this can be preprocessed with things like http://www.gbnet.net/~jrg/qmail/ifspamh I've got some hints for Gnus and TMDA on http://my.gnus.org/Members/robin/Doc/tmda/view.
