Subject: two more bugs
Date: 04 May 2000 12:32:43 +0400	[thread overview]
Message-ID: <eypur2r9zo.fsf@video.uic.vsu.ru> (raw)

Hi!

1) raw previewing (C-u g) should switch to unibyte buffer, otherwise
Emacs will "interpret" multibyte 8-bit sequences and show them not
in unencoded form (as it should be for C-u g) like \214\300 but as
   encoded characters.

2) The article <eyn1m6dazp.fsf@video.uic.vsu.ru> contains broken
cyrillic text in the third mime part: the content-type is clamed to
be "text/plain; charset=koi8-r", but the part actually contains
   text in internal mule encoding.

THE BUG IS: nevertheless, gnus shows the cyrillic text in readable
form, but it should not! (because the text is obviously not in
   koi8-r encoding!)

Best,
v.
