Subject: Server offline, loosing all subscriptions and marks
Date: Sun, 31 Jul 2005 15:48:38 +0200 [thread overview]
Message-ID: <gegg.878xznytl5@hush.zonix.de> (raw)
Hi, recently news.gmane.org was down and I lost all subscriptions of
gmane.* groups. I'd have expected the gmane.* groups still listed in
the Group buffer with a "*" for the article count. But they were
simply gone and with them all the marks.
I didn't start Gnus with gnus-no-server nor hit C-g during startup.
gnus-agent is t, nntp-marks-is-evil is t too, but news.gmane.org isn't
agentized.
Any chance to change this behaviour?
Cheers, Ray
