ISO date in attribution line (Was: Re: The followup will show the bug.)

I use Trivial-cite, and would like to change the date in the attribution
line to ISO format, like the one you have. Is it sc-jk-normalize-date that
is the clue?  In that case, could you please give a hint as to how (or
where) it is defined?
