I'm using cvs gnus updated yesterday and xemacs 21.4.15 from Debian Sarge.
I've just received message which made me confused, its subject in summary
is displayed as:
,---
| Re: Re: 33780371 - SALOMON - rękawice biegowe
`---
but in the article buffer:
,---
| Subject: =?ISO-8859-2?Q?Re: Re: 33780371 - SALOMON - r=EAkawice biegowe?=
`---
How is that possible?
This reminds me of another bug, with gnus-list-identifiers: the message is
displayed with an identifier in summary, but without in article buffer
(there was discussion here some time ago about that, but I don't remember
what was its final).
And one more thing: bad header folding. Examples:
,---[ bad subject folding #1 ]-
| Subject: [email] I =?iso-8859-2?Q?zn=F3w?= koledzy z pronox.com 80.48.239.130
| =?iso-8859-2?Q?wr=F3cili=2E=2E=2E?=
|
| Subject: [email] I znów koledzy z pronox.com 80.48.239.130
| wrócili...

| Subject: [email] I znów koledzy z pronox.com 80.48.239.130 wrócili...

,---[ bad subject folding #2 ]-
| Subject: Re: Konferencja... a =?iso-8859-2?Q?=BFeby?= was
| =?iso-8859-2?Q?pokr=EAci=B3o...?=
|
| Subject: Re: Konferencja... a żeby was
| pokręciło...
|
| Subject: Re: Konferencja... a żeby was pokręciło...

(above headers are victims of slrn)
The first form is raw subject, second - as it is displayed in the article
buffer, third - as it should be. This bad folding happens at least in subject
and from headers.
Could these bugs be fixed, pretty please?
m.m.
