ntlm.el is in Gnus CVS, and is used for Sieve. I might even have
tested it, at some point. I recall posting patches to make imap.el
use the new spiffy SASL library. Should I install it? Perhaps more
people will test it that way. OTOH, I think a similar patch for this
was installed recently, but there was some problem with it so it was
disabled. Maybe I could just fix that patch instead.
