The receipt icon should represent adding a header that might make the
recipient (or the recipient's MUA, or MTA or something) send a receipt
when she receives the message, or reads it or something like that.
Like requesting a confirmation, only it isn't guaranteed to work. I
wonder what other MUAs use. An abstract icon with balloon help text
might be a good solution (such as the important/unimportant icons,
which look the same as in some other MUAs).
