Are you not seeing the same problem? No. XEmacs 21.4, RedHat 7.1. But I wasn't able to reproduce the original problem either, so I'm probably doing something wrong. Simply clicking on the toolbar Gnus icon (thus starting Gnus in another frame) trigger the bug?
