Subject: No such function: nntp-request-accept-article on nnfolder:dump?
Date: Sat, 14 Sep 2002 01:54:12 +0200	[thread overview]
Message-ID: <it194fa3.fsf@ID-23066.news.dfncis.de> (raw)

for no apparent reason, when i enter the group nnfolder:dump, where
procmail puts junk-mail into, i can't exit&update it anymore. gnus
beeps and messages: "No such function: nntp-request-accept-article".
this group isn't configured any different than the four other groups
serviced by procmail. i've grep'ed for this string in my oort sources
and the emacs lisp files, also in the ./Mail/* hierarchy where all
this stuff resides. i've removed the .nov to let gnus recreate it,
and i finally cut out the email with which all this started (some html
shit), taking care to keep the "\nFrom ..." boundaries intact.

no go. beeps and tells me about this nntp-request-accept-article
gizmo, which also cannot be found anywhere.

i leave that group with `Q' and have to leave it un-updated, and
everything else works fine, but this is annoying because whatever
lands there is going to spamcop anyway and stays around only until i
sent the complaint off, so this is getting to be a drag.

how do i repair this?
