Subject: Server resetting article number
Date: 21 Sep 1998 17:27:42 +0200	[thread overview]
Message-ID: <kig7lyxpjtd.fsf@jagor.srce.hr> (raw)

Can Gnus really suck all that much, once the server decides to reset
the article numbers and begin from 1? This happens when the server
software is reinstalled, for instance.

Isn't there anything I can do to fix my primary news groups, aside
from editing .newsrc.eld?

a "Vengeance is mine" expression, to a "What the fuck" blank look.
