What does `save-window-excursion' have to do with it? Unless I am missing something, GNU Emacs is capable of having more than one frame, even in tty mode. E.g. `C-x 5 2', `C-x 5 o' and others work as expected. I guess one can call it a fancy way of keeping multiple window configurations around, but it's very intuitive to me. -- Hrvoje Niksic | Student at FER Zagreb, Croatia --------------------------------+-------------------------------- * Q: What is an experienced Emacs user? * A: A person who wishes that the terminal had pedals.
