ticked articles hidden in threaded display

When I tick article in a threaded mail group, the tick will only show when the
thread is unfolded, which makes it easy to overlook such article (because I do
not automatically unfold my threads when opening a group). Would it be possible 
to show the tick mark for any thread that contains at least one ticked article?

Doing so would require quite a bit of fiddling, and I don't think it
would be all that useful, so, nope.
