Yes. You can set it up in group parameters. For example, for the newsgroup gmane.lisp.lispworks.general, I have the following in the group parameters ("G p" on the newsgroup in the *Group* buffer): ((to-list . "lisp-hug@lispworks.com")) Both articles and followups in that group give me a message buffer with "To: lisp-hug@lispworks.com".
