Pterodactyl Gnus v0.37 is released

The flying dinosaur death should now work with "emacs-20.3 --unibyte".

Get it from <URL:http://www.gnus.org/pgnus.tar.gz> or
"/ftp@ftp.gnus.org:/pub/emacs/gnus/".  The patch is available as
<URL:http://www.gnus.org/patches/pgnus-0.36-0.37.diff.gz>.

may I ask a silly question, Lars?

sure, roffe, go for it

if I see a News message with a lot of \201s, and the News program that
produced the message is _not_ from Emacs, may I assume that something
still does not work right?

Yup.

When you start Emacs with --unibyte, do the (Gnus) buffers show up
with "1:" or just "-:" on the mode line?

the very Emacs I run now was started with --unibyte, as far as eye can
see I see nothing but mode lines that start with "-:".

Even the " *nntpd*" and " *server ... *" buffers?

Anyway, perhaps this is a process-connection decoding problem.  I'll
be testing that, er, tuesdayish.
