Hmm, the X-Faces of people here on ding, haven't changed for aeons. It 
would be more than enough to check once a month.

No, no, stopit! Let's just put into the standard that you should not
reuse face URLs, i.e. use <http://.../bla-1.jpg> if bla.jpg is
outdated. Or put a version number, timestamp, whatever in front of the 
URL.
