Hello,
What is the expected behaviour of this variable ?
I have tried many things with it and it seems to me it is just not
working at all for me.
My problem is I would like Gnus to deal correctly with content-type
format=flowed from Mozilla users.
Currently with my setting untouched, format=flowed results here in having long
unwrapped lines.
I tried to play with this variable thinking it would deal with that case but it
seems it is not.
My last try was to set gnus-treat-fill-long-lines to '(typep "text/plain") but
still no good result.
In a last resort, I looked at flow-fill, but it sounds like it just work for
encoding not for decoding. Right ?
And finally I found 'mm-flow-fill' which according to its docstring, displays
format=flowed as flowed when `non-nil'. By default it sets to 't' so it should
treat flowed correctly but for me it is not.
My current workaround is to set it to nil (mm-flow-fill), and now Mozilla users
posting are well rendered but dunno if it is the riht way to do so.
Any idea ??
Regards,
zeDek
