* gnus-mdrtn.el in the top of the CVS tree?

I just today connected up to the Gnus CVS server in order to stay
abreast of the latest changes, and I noticed the file `gnus-mdrtn.el'
in the top-level directory, one level above the `lisp' directory.
Does it really belong there?

Not really.  I've now removed it.
