I know how the `gnus-posting-styles' variable can be used to generate
headers when an article is being posted. However, I've noticed in
Gnus 5.6.42 that this variable seems to be ignored when I'm posting a
followup or a reply.

Is there an analog to the `gnus-posting-styles' variable which I can
use during followups and replies, or perhaps is there a way to cause
this variable to be recognized at these times?

Thanks in advance.
