I am thinking.. hmm keep the counts for foreign servers.. 

Another feature that might help people moving around is maybe
functionality to make the primary nntp-server a foreign?

This would be useable for people moving to be able to stay in touch
with the old newsserver, meybe to ease up switching to a new server,
and keep the groups that might not exist on the new server.
