My offlineimap synchs to a local dovecot server (lucerne indexing working!) and puts all folders from this account into a folder named SUN. I do the same for my other accounts, so I easily know which ones are From=20which account. But my guess is that the configuration of the Exchange server is probably different - but if you use imap access at the moment, it should work.
