Subject: Any good reason why nndraft.el is not in 19.32/Gnus 5.3?

It makes the basic Gnus 5.3 unusable as I get a bomb on `can't load
nndraft' when attempting to start Gnus.
Fortunately Red Gnus appears to come up ...
