September Gnus 0.21 is released

Some small bug fixes on the backlog functions, the draft buffer and
nnvirtual.  And the new nndoc.

Get it from <URL:http://www.ifi.uio.no/~larsi/sgnus.tar.gz> or

	* gnus.el (gnus-backlog-shutdown): New function.
	(gnus-backlog-buffer): Would return a list the first time called. 

	* gnus-msg.el (gnus-summary-send-draft): Didn't manage to actually
	post anything.
	(gnus-summary-cancel-article): Would bug out when canceling
	canceled articles.

	* gnus.el (gnus-create-xref-hashtb): Wouldn't mark component
	groups as read. 
	(gnus-method-option-p): Only checked 'post.

  the files texi/gnus.texi and texi/gnus-faq.texi are missing from the
September Gnus 0.21 distribution.
