Gnus v5.6.12 is released

`F' and the use of the `to-group' group parameter has changed.  It's
now behaving like `to-list' (as illustrated by this message).
`Mail-Copies-To: never' still works.  Bug or feature?

M-x replace-string to-group to-address

I double-checked that I do indeed have `to-address' in the group parameters.

Another problem:  (display . all) appears to be ignored.

Cool.  One step closer to a GNKSA.  Now the only problem that I can
see is the "Warns when post articles containing quoted material only"
requirement.  It looks like the following test in
`message-check-news-body-syntax' was included to test for this, but
unfortunately, it does not work.  This is because inbetween the
message-checksum generated by `message-yank-original' and the test in
`message-check-news-body-syntax', `message-generate-headers' is
called, making the `buffer-size's different.
