Hmm. If this could be made to do lookups in a "nice" way when browsing the active file hierarchically (A T? Is that it?) this would be especially good. (i.e. do a LIST "" "%" to get the top level, then LIST "" "something.%" when you open one of the sublevels, and so on.) This would provide a good way to deal with very large servers, since getting the active file on a 30000 group server is a bit, um, prohibitive at the moment.
