I've included the toolbar icons in the manual -- in the margin next to
the function they belong to. It looks nice having them there, but the
resolution is so low that they either have to be 1) printed
teensy-weensy, 2) blurred, or 3) fixed. I'd prefer option 3 -- that
they be blown up real big, and then someone takes the Gimp (or
whatever) and makes the lines look nice instead of chunky. It
shouldn't be all that much work, but it might be kinda boring.
Anybody volunteer to do this?
