I don't know why the mailcrypt buffer menu and message mode menu don't combine, but the only way I can see the message mode buffer menu is to disable mailcrypt. :-( Is this a bug in how easymenu is being called? When I originally handcoded these menus they coexisted peacefully, and you had access to all of them.
