Message uses mailabbrev, which again uses the ~/.mailrc file, which
has lines like this:

alias ei18n "Emacs Internationalization <ei18n@riker.miranova.com>"

Typing ei18n<SPC> (in the To or Cc (etc.) header) will then expand to
the full address.
