[sgnus 0.14] customizing strings for mouse highlight fails

This patch is divided into two parts, and should fix a problem on GNU
Emacs as well.

Problem: Customizing the Group format line fails on XEmacs.  All of
the selected text that should be highlighted by the mouse fails to
appear in the buffer.

Patch: Now that there is a unified interface to the mouse highlight
stuffs, it should not be disabled in gnus-xmas.el.

Problem: The gnus-mouse-face-function fails when attempting to render
a customized format.  This should affect both GNU Emacs 19.29 and
XEmacs 19.13.

Patch: An extraneous comma got left in gnus-mouse-face-function (the
function that compiles the string format specification).
