Hi,
could you please update texi/gnus-news.texi when adding new (user
visible) features? Add least add a (texinfo-) comment as a reminder
there.
The most important changes should also be mentioned to etc/NEWS in
Emacs repository.

Sure, but there haven't been all that many major user-visible things,
except the nnimap change. Which I'm not sure how to present yet. :-)
But I've mentioned it now.
