Subject: Double counting in topic mode: bug or feature?
Date: Thu, 12 Nov 1998 01:19:56 GMT [thread overview]
Message-ID: <m31zn9r9l4.fsf@dt01q0n13.nycap.rr.com> (raw)
I just recently put the same group in two different topics. I was
surprised to see the total messages in both topics include the total
of messages in that group. Thus, when that group is the only group
with messages, the top level topic [ Gnus -- # ] has twice the number
of messages left in the group.
Is this a bug or a feature?
Jack.
