Hi,
i'm seeing `\201' prefixes before 8-bit iso-8859-1 characters in
newsgroups for which the default encoding is iso-8859-1 but there is
no "charset" in the header (i did not check whether the situation
improves if such CT header is present). was this fixed, and
re-appeared recently, or is it a known bug?
