The Wikipedia discussion HTML actually looks parseable (shouldn't that
be a word? ispell disagrees):

However, there isn't much there to parse.  Few dates, some have names,
some do not, no subjects...

I'd suggest that Wikipedia makes their discussion interface more
discussioney, and then publish it on an nntp interface as well as the
web.  :-)
