Does somebody actually know why gnus-group-find-new-newsgroup is
inoperant for a first time session ? If you're running for the first time and
gnus retreives some new mail, you won't be able to get it unless restarting,
or saving first. This is a bit annoying.

Yes, that doesn't sound very useful. It's probably a relic from the
pre-5.0 days when mail groups weren't an issue.
