Hi,

this message contains a broken content-type header, which should have
been "text/plain; charset=koi8-r". i received some such messages. it
also contains 8-bit chars in koi8-r. some previous versions of pgnus
treated such broken messages as i wanted: they used the default
encoding (perhaps from rfc2047-default-charset), which i have set to
koi8-r. But with pgnus 0.63 i get `unencoded' chars instead:
