nnimap-debug says set it to a buffer name.
imap-debug says it's a flag.
imap-log, too.
I have this feeling that all three should be set to buffer names. Is
this right? If not, how about making all three of them consistent?

The latter two really are flags. I think it would make sense to make
the first one a flag, too, so I've now done that.
