Subject: How to add new RSS feed?
Date: Fri, 28 Nov 2003 20:14:21 +0100 [thread overview]
Message-ID: <m3ad6gtieq.fsf@defun.localdomain> (raw)
How are you supposed to add a new RSS feed?
To add <http://www.dr.dk/nyheder/html/nyheder/rss/> I tried this:
· From the group buffer: `G m dr RET nnrss: RET'
· I'm quried the first time I get new news
URL to search for dr: http://
and I enter the URL.
· This works fine ... until I quit Gnus. The next time Gnus is
started the URL is forgotten, and I'm asked again even though the
feed _is_ listed in News/rss/nnrss.el:
(setq nnrss-group-alist 'nil)
(setq nnrss-server-data '(("dr" 20
"http://www.dr.dk/nyheder/html/nyheder/rss/") ...
So, what's the right way to add a feed?
