`mail-host-address' is fine as a back-up address, but `system-name'
is better (if it is set). For instance, I could set
`mail-host-address' to "gnus.org", but I'd still want the Message-IDs
to say "quimbies.gnus.org", since that's the machine I'm sending
from...
