If you have separate groups for those lists, you can use posting
styles.  Posting styles can be set in a variety of ways, including:
(add-to-list
 'gnus-posting-styles
 '("\\`nnwhatever+foo:ghostscript\\'"
   ("X-Fnord" "cookie")))
