I have previously reported that I get strange errors (`Find file
literally? y/n') when writing a message to nntodo, which is a backend
derived from nnmbox.

I now see that nnmail-file-coding-system and
nnheader-file-coding-system are both `binary'. Is this correct?
Or should nntodo set this to `latin-1'? What happens if I do this?

There is some weird interaction between nnmbox and find-file that
haven't been resolved yet, I think. We found one bug in Emacs 20.3's
find-file, so perhaps things are a bit better in 20.4.
