Pterodactyl Gnus v0.64 is released

Bug fixes.

Strange .... if I 'wget' it its size is 20k and after uncopressing its
size is 0 bite :-( 

w3 also sees no contents.

(setq w3-user-fonts-take-precedence t) works for me, along with
modifying default.css.  Or muck around with w3-display.el if you have
an old beta.
