You need an Emacs/XEmacs with Mule -- for instance, reconfigure xemacs 20.4 with --with-mule and recompile. Then you need the intlfonts package. It's 19Mb of all sorts of wunnerful fonts. You can get if from the XEmacs ftp site, or do an ftpsearch for intlfont.tar.gz (or something similar).
