I have never seen this to be true. I've waited for the groups to appear numerous times, unsuccessfully. Most recently subscibed to the cygnus groups mailing list. Mail has arrived and been split to it. I see the directory setting in ~/Mail with mail in it, but not on my 'groups' buffer. Checked the killed groups with 'A k' and zombies 'A z' no dice. Of course it can be done manually - no problem - but I wondered if others have seen new groups pop up automatically. Of if it is something peculiar to my setup. -- Harry Putnam reader@newsguy.com
