That would mean changing the calling interface rather drastically.

So we have three options:

1) have nnimap moves be slow

2) have them be fast, but not have the same features as other moves
(i.e., updating groups immediately)

3) rework the entire moving/accepting interface for all backends

I'm leaning towards 2)...
