Subject: news.gnus.org not feeding since September
Date: Sat, 18 Oct 2003 05:20:05 +0200	[thread overview]
Message-ID: <m3d6cvz0yi.fsf@quimbies.gnus.org> (raw)

I was just wondering why there was so little response (ahem) to my
latest onslaught on gnu.emacs.gnus, when I noticed that news.gnus.org
hadn't been feeding other servers for about a month. It looks like a
crontab file went AWOL. I don't know how that could have
happened... did I upgrade something? Hm. Dunno.

It's now feeding again, but I'm guessing that its peers will reject
anything that's older than a few days. Let's see...

Oct 18 05:11:38 quimby innxmit[10738]: feedme.uio.no stats offered 9854 accepted 111 refused 7847 rejected 1896 missing 694 accsize 352720 rejsize 6541430

So Quimby offered 9854, and uio accepted 111 of those. Which isn't
too bad, actually, since most the articles Quimby is offering is
stuff that uio should have already.

Anyway.
