I wanted to install texi2html on Quimby to update the manual web pages,
and that meant upgrading to a newer Debian version, since the old repo
had gone away.
To make a long a painful story short (involving stuff like "apt-get
remove inn" saying "Purging active file and history data..." and
actually deleting those files), I think most stuff should now work
again.
If not, drop me a note.
